When you notice a cluster of bees like this that was not there yesterday, or this morning, then there is no cause for alarm. You don’t need to call for bee removal services. Such a cluster of bees is a temporary occurrence. They have split off from their colony due to it getting too large for their home, and have their scouts on the lookout for a new place to stay. As soon as their scouts have found a suitable home, they will move on. This usually takes a day or three.
